What Repcurate is

Repcurate is an information tool. You give it a product listing from Taobao, Weidian or 1688, and it shows you what it can find about that listing: its metadata, its price across forwarding agents, and quality-control photos that agents have published for it.

Third-party information is not our information

Prices, stock, descriptions, photos, shipping quotes and seller details all originate from marketplaces and forwarding agents. We reproduce and organise them; we do not verify them and cannot correct them at source. They may be out of date, mistranslated, incomplete or simply wrong, and they change without notice.

Decisions you make about what to buy, from whom, and for how much are yours. Check the agent's own page before you pay.

Affiliate and referral links

Links from Repcurate to forwarding agents may carry a referral or affiliate code. If you sign up or order through one, we may receive a commission or credit from that agent at no additional cost to you.

This does not change what we show you: agents are listed and ordered on price and available data, not on what they pay. We disclose it here because you are entitled to know it exists.

Accounts

• You must be at least 16 to create an account.
• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer it.
• You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service, or access it by automated means other than a normal browser or our own extension;
• resell, republish or redistribute Repcurate's aggregated data as your own product;
• attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent the service's security or rate limits;
• use Repcurate to break the law, or to infringe anyone's rights.

We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access that does any of these, or that threatens the service's availability for everyone else.

Intellectual property

The Repcurate name, logo, interface, code and the way the data is organised belong to us. The listings and photographs shown belong to their respective marketplaces, sellers and agents, and are displayed for the purpose of identifying and comparing products.

Availability

Repcurate is provided “as is” and “as available”. There is no uptime guarantee. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the service may be suspended for maintenance or discontinued entirely. Where an agent's data becomes unavailable to us, that agent may simply stop appearing.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Repcurate is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or your reliance on information shown in it - including purchases that disappoint, orders that go wrong, prices that turn out to be stale, or disputes with an agent or seller. Those are matters between you and that third party.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the new version. If a change is significant, we will make it visible rather than silent.
