Cookie Settings

Repcurate uses one cookie, and it only exists once you sign in. Analytics is optional, anonymous, and does not use cookies at all. Both are described below, and the one choice you have is on this page.

Strictly necessary

One cookie, set only after you sign in. It cannot be turned off, because turning it off means you cannot stay signed in.

  • __Secure-better-auth.session_token - your session. Scoped to .repcurate.com, HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. Cleared when you sign out.

We also keep a few non-cookie preferences in your browser's local storage - your theme, accent colour, currency and default agent - so the site looks the way you left it. These never leave your device and are not sent with any request. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Analytics - your choice

Anonymous usage counting via PostHog, hosted in the EU. It is off until you switch it on. It sets no cookies, records no session replay, captures no profile, and is proxied through our own server so PostHog never sees your IP address. Only a fixed list of events is sent, carrying counts and categories - never a URL you pasted, an item you looked at, or anything you typed.

Anonymous product analytics
Applies to this browser. Takes effect immediately.

Switching it off also deletes the analytics identifiers already stored in this browser. The same control is on your account page.

What this choice does not cover

QC photos load straight from the agents' and marketplaces' own image servers, whichever way this toggle is set. Those operators see your IP address and browser, because that is what displaying a remote image involves. They do not learn which page you were on - we send no-referrer - and they cannot set cookies you would send back to us.

The full explanation, including where those servers are, is in the Privacy Policy.

No advertising, ever

There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party tags and no data brokers. Nothing about you is sold or shared for marketing. If that changes, this page changes first and you will be asked again.
